Hi, my name is Carla J. I am currently a customs officer with a BSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I am transitioning into the field of Information Technology and will be pursuing an Associate Degree in Information Technology. My goal is to continue towards a BSc in Information Technology or Computer Science.
As an entry-level professional, I have foundational knowledge in web development using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience in mobile application development with Kotlin and Java. My Philosophy
I strongly believe in the power of self-learning, even when resources are limited. While I didn’t have the opportunity to go back to school at the time, I made it a priority to invest in affordable courses and dedicated time to build my skills. I utilized the knowledge gained from these courses and supplemented my learning with YouTube videos to further enhance my understanding.
My passion for computer science and information technology has always been a driving force for me. I know that, while many people may have a clear path to their passions, it’s never too late to start doing what you love. When you’re truly passionate about something, it becomes easier to dedicate yourself to mastering it.
